How do I choose a size?
Use our size guide and enable “US sizing” on product pages to convert international labels and cm measurements. When between sizes, size up for comfort styles.
Where do products ship from?
We prioritize US-warehouse inventory for faster delivery. Some styles fulfill from partner warehouses with tracking provided at shipment.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Outer packages are plain with no store name or product photos visible from the outside.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in fulfillment we may not be able to edit it, but we will always try.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available under Shop → Gift cards.
How do returns work?
